There might not be any reference images of these ships during their short careers, but it doesn't hurt to ask around.

I'm looking for side profile photos or drawings of the SS Atlantus, SS Creteboom, SS Selma, SS San Pasqual or the SS Palo Alto when they were in service before they were sunk or beached.

I have several pictures of the SS Atlantus the day she ran aground, but at the time her rudder, masts, and propeller had been removed. I have found one image of her in service, but it's small and low quality.

One issue that makes it hard to track down image references is the fact that most of these ships had short careers, some as short as a year.

I found some plans for some other ships, including a Swedish ferrocement train ferry that was never built.

Here is a German example, which apart from being made from concrete had a Sulzer Diesel engine
