Great work on the mobile nuclear power plant. I might have to draw the floating nuclear power plants Russia is building that are set to be launched next year.

Interesting work.

Not sure I'd fancy driving that thing around with a reactor in the back!

thanks guys, surprisingly the TES-3s stayed in service until Chernobyl put everyone off them. They then seem to have been gutted & some used by scientists in remote regions. There were plans to continue building them on on Maz-537 semi-trailers as the Pamir630D.

I find the Swedish Army's plans to armour civil vehicles an interesting idea - good for a population willing to fight for their country instead of just leaving it up to the army. Idea was to get vehicles into action fast to help their small regular army while the main population was being mobilized or as vehicles for the resistance bands after invasion. Applique-armour kits were stored around the country near Reserve units - large construction companies were supplied with them too.

Rhade -- I'm having trouble finding suitable photos, plans or dimensions of the Sterling's trailer so it may be a while :(
