After Jean Bart’s arrival at Casablanca her 90mm, 37mm, and quad 13.2mm guns were removed and disburse around the harbor only her four dual 13.2 mounts atop her foremast remained; she was than refitted with single 13.2 and an 8mm machine guns.
This is how I beleive she looked in September 1940 two months after her arrival.

P.S. This drawing was revised (10/31/2014)

Few errors David:
- maintain the incomplete june 1940 painting scheme
- the exact title of your drawing is :
Jean-Bart
16 september 1940

Here is Jean Bart on 8 November, 1942 at the Battle of Casablanca:

Here AA Battery has been bolstered with the addition of five 90MM, two 37mm dual mounts and several 13.2 Hotchkiss singles and an 8mm MG.

She's been painted? :)

In your 16 september 1940 version:
- you forget a painting-aera amidship, around the single's 13,2mm :?
As usual, you draw TOO QUICKLY

Rooooooh, for your birthday, A extremely soft-round (in my mind  ) about the painting-scheme
Many naval authors (either disants "experts") claim that the overall-hull is yellow painted by november 1942, this is wrong :ugeek:  .
Only the upper-superstructures is yellow-painted
[ img ]

A much more serious round only by PM is incoming

The only changes in this posting is the color and the addition of the French radar on the fore mast tower as wellas the "B" turret.

Whoa, that makes me feel queasy!

Perhaps tone the yellow on the railings down a touch?
