I have a question, did Texas posses an repair docks that would taken max 150m ships in years 1920-25?

In real life? Probably not. Most Texas shipbuilding was for vessels of less than 450 feet in length.

May 1942 - the Texas Air Force activates 50th Air Training Squadron, with the mission of providing advanced training for multi-engine aircraft pilots, bomber crews, and aerial gunners. The Beechcraft 18, modified to the USAAF's AT-11, provided the airframe:

Wrap-around yellow was replaced with olive drab uppers and yellow undersides on all advanced trainers. Primary trainers continued to used the wrap-around scheme.

I mean in your AU, the Austin class is slightly larger then 150m was build in US shipyard and finished in Navy Yard in Galveston. In 1926 the Stephen F. Austin was docked in the Navy Yard for a ten-year refit. That means that Navy Yard in Galveston did posses in that time the drydock for repair & refit job for Texas Navy? If yes, in which years it was finished and goes online?

Yes. The Navy yard has limited space for such refits, typically only one capital ship per year can undergo a major refit.

Austin's 1926 refit started in April 1925 and ended in April 1926. It spent a year on the blocks.

Also delivered in May 1942 was the Navy's first attack transport, a coverted cargo ship rechristened El Capitan, APA-1:

The first of many conversions, El Capitan could embark almost 1600 troops and their officers, with 1800 tons of additional equipment. Many more will be hastily converted or completed by the Todd company's Houston yard during the war.

July 1942 - The Texas Air Force activates its first heavy bombardment group, equipped with B-24D Liberators built by the new Consolidated plant in Fort Worth:

Painted in colors very similar to those used by the RAF heavies, when deployed to Europe these Liberators were attached to the RAF's Bomber Command in September, flying night raids into Germany to conserve their numbers.

Also activated this month is the first long range interceptor squadron, the 79th Fighter Squadron, equipped with P-38F Lightnings, registered as F-9As in the Texas Air Force.
