Sorry, but just have to ask: what hitherto unknown information to you possess, Oberstamiruddin, to label Manfred von Richtofen "infamous"? To most Allies and lexical entries' knowledge and/or perception he was, in fact widely respected and even admired by his adversaries. (And I take it that you're referring to him, not his cousin, Wolfram, who ended his career as a Generalfeldmarschall, in 1940...)

(Not intended to troll or flame, but perhaps we ought to be more aware of how we phrase things here, at SB, as not to unnecessarily insult people/peoples...)
What I meant by infamous was a good infamous not the one, but since I have to be clear:

The Richtofen class battlecruisers were not liked by the Allies because of its name which made a negative PR as it would make the Rossiyans look like they respect the Germans more than their own allies

Why the 'Richtofen class' ? what made them use the name ? if its sufficiently nationally important to name BCs after them then not sure that people will care (or even associate it with the German officer ?)

The Rossiyan Navy had a very humane naval officer by the name of Captain Adolf Richtofen who during the Rossiyan Independence War, halted an engagement and went alongside a crippled British frigate and rescued the crew of the ships. This was a rare occasion as the Rossiyans absolutely hated the British for the their cruel and harsh rule on Rossiya. Fast forward to the First World War, when the Rossiyan Navy decided to name their new battlecruiser class, they decided to honour Captain Richtofen who was by the Great War's start was still alive, in fact he was given command of the lead ship of the class, RFS Richtofen. (He held this command until he retired three years later at the age of 75)

Well, In Rossiya, capital ships are named after people of importance (president, vice president, generals, admirals, air marshals [after WW1]) or people who have achieved or done something extraordinary. Aircraft carriers and light carriers are given town names; heavy cruisers are given the names of famous soldiers, scientists, musicians, foreigners; light cruisers are given mythical creature names, destroyers and frigates are given adjectives as names while submarines are given names of sea creatures or paranormal creatures

I am wondering what that middle turret does there, and if the actual engines have enough space between the aft turrets and the aft funnel. also, 3 masts?

That is rather unusual to have a triple gun turret in 1915'
