The submarine bunker in Bergen, build by Germany during WW2, tried destroyed by the Norwegian Navy in the 60's, used today as an submarine bunker for big repair and rebuild by Norwegian submarines.
"In the 60's Norwegian tried to destroy the bunker, the mounted a lot of explosives in to the bunker and detonated it... It "says" that the explosion was so powerful that censors/feelers in USA registered the explosion!"
one of the Ula class undergoing it's last upgrade. The upgrade should give them 5-8 more years in service, then they have to be replaced.
This is how we run a submarine in Norway, Viking style!:
You come on board the submarine, and the first person you meet is, lieutenant and operation-officer...:
It's what we say her in Norway this day's:
"you are out on the city and meet a lady, you invite her home to you'r place. for a one-night...
Next monday at you'r new work place, you are meeting you'r new boss..., the same lady!"
