weeks of hard work are done... I will miss it.... but I add the Kongo Class (as build) to my worklist right now, that will be my next battleship project but now it is time for some modern stuff again....

There was supposedly to have been an expedition to look for Kongo's wreckage back in March 2010, but it never got started due to lack of funds. The ship should be fairly easy to find as she's only about 350 feet down.

Funding for expeditions for shipwrecks is very tough to find because in only some extremely rare cases is there even anything to bring back, and it's safe to say that there's never a RoI, so it's not like you can find venture capitalists to fund it. The best you can do is either a government grant or through the donations of enthusiasts.

what is non- standard about the railing? I have taken the correct lenghts between the poles, is that what you mean?

On the bow you have 24px, ie four times the standard distance, between the uprights.
And the shaft should have uniform diameter along its entire length.

isn't it better to make the railings correspond to the real ship, if possible? it's not like I did 'well let's put a long distance between those poles, just for fun' or something...
and the shaft will be fixed -.- couldn't you have said that earlier, the shaft was like this from the very first WIP I posted !!
