I have once did this... I was cycling on a narrow road a long side a fjord in Norway, when it happened to me. I was coming down from a hill so I hold probably around 40-50 km/h if not more, the racing-cycle got stuck, and I flew out over the road and right down in the water! luckily for me there was an ambulance behind me when it happened, so an checkout with them and I was good to go.

I dinked my head on an iron fence from a bicykle a month or so ago. I had no helmet, and got a concussion and eight stitches for my stupidity. I was very lucky though, it could've been much worse.
Safe to say, I'm not riding a bicykle without a helmet again.

Oh. he was one of the many that was picked out for an half year training for testing physics and psychology for HJK (one of the Norwegian special forces). The training was shown on Norwegian TV, and since he wasn't masked out like many other in that tv-show they wasn't chosen for the special force.
