Finding out the mistake must have been a really painful experience.
I haven't made anything similarly spectacular yet.

yes, it was. I was literally almost on my knees! and the quality controller at work wasn't exactly happy...

The two most beautiful colors on VC.10, Gulf Air and British Caledonian. Especially the Gulf Air "Golden Eagle" color suited perfectly to VC.10 lines.

I'll tell You a secret: I hate doing elaborate paint schemes - and therefore am avoiding them whenever possible. ;)
(Of course my definition of "elaborate" is purely subjective :lol: - but the Gulf Air's eagle and Caledonian's lion were fulfilling that definition)

Royal Navy Submarine and Destroyer Depot Ships (Tenders) - Thought about it myself (as there is a need in my current AU ambitions) but there's very little source material out there on the WWW - at least that i can find.

Anyone know different?
