You know what? I was thinking the same... :D

I was thinking to double the Squadrons of the Basic and Intermediate Training with 20 aircraft each... The Advanced Fighter may remain more or less the same (25/30/35 ?), and the Advanced MCC will be upgraded to 15 Avanti II...

I'd say: wing each of basic, intermediate and advanced trainers, with each wing of 2 squadrons - even up to 32 planes per squadron for basic and intermediate trainers (or 3x20), and around 20-24 planes per squadron for advanced trainers.
But of course there is no "one and only" way to organize this, as it depends on the training methods etc. Bottom line is minimum needed turnout of new pilots.

Looking at my own ORBAT with a considerable amount more pilots to train I've got the following (in round numbers of course).

-192x PC-21s
-216x Hawks (72 of which are Mk 100s)
-72x Metroliners (12 of which are specialised for aircrew / WSO training, the remainder for multi-engine training)
-120x Helicopter trainers (96x Bell 407 and 24x Bell 427)

Then I've got a civilian lease hold agreement for ab-initio training consisting of the following.

-108x Diamond DA-20 Falcon for ab Initio training
-72x Diamond DA-36 E-Star ab Initio training and elementary flight training
-96x Robinson R-66 ab Initio and elementary helicopter training
-36 Diamond DA-42 Twinstar for elementary twin-engine training

If it were me dealing with the size you're at I'd probably go with around a third of the above size numbers wise.

The helicopter training is done togheter with AgustaWestland in a particular location used both by military and civilian. (Coming soon)

Very important part of the Air Force are the weapons for the planes...

Those are a mix of Americans and Europeans weapons, pods and systems, most of them really equipped by the real F-16 and F-15 around the World.

Enjoy!!!

Great weapons sheet. :)
Is that B61 what I think it is? I guess that Caribia would rather have to develop something like that on its own.
(Unless it's something similar to NATO Nuclear Sharing, but that would be good to explain somehow)

Well yes, is "that" B61... 8-)

Caribia was elected to a similar status as the NATO Nuclear Sharing after the Cuban missile crisis, in which some USAF bombers were deployed on the Caribia soil as deterrence to any possible Cuban action against the USA.

In the 70's the USA provided some B61 to Caribia after the increasing presence of USSR equipment in Venezuela and other South American nations. In the same time the US DoD decided to remove the bombers and provide Nuke capacity to Caribia to redirect those units in the Suoth-East Asia.

The B61-12 are the latest B61 maintained, upgraded with a JDAM system. Those systems are on their way to the retirement and Caribia is working with the Italian Federation on a new stand-off weapon similar to the French ASMP.
