Excellent work, these look great and have a touch of the Centurion about them.

One thing, if the engine of the APC variants is moved to the nose, surely the drive sprocket would be best placed at the front too?

Good catch Hood, I'd forgotten about that. Original drawings updated.

Finally got back to doing some drawings and finished something that has troubled me for some time - the HAe Osprey family:

[ img ]
MR.2 - Original version designed for carrier-based ASW ops.
C.1 - Carrier capable transport version for COD duties.
AEW.1 - Carrier capable AWACs aircraft.
E.1 - Primarily used for electronic intelligence and surveillance but with electronic attack as a secondary role.

[ img ]
C.2 - Stretched land-based light tactical and utility transport.
MR.3 - Civilian patrol version operated by the Recherche Coast Guard.
AR.1 - Overwatch aircraft armed with a 35mm Busmaster cannon (port side) and various bombs and missiles. Similar in role to USMC Harvest Hawk.
R.2 - Airborne battlefield and ground surveillance aircraft.

Wow, these are simply excellent! The EW variant and the AEW are my favorites. From the looks of it, the AEW version has an Erieye-like radar? I can't wait to see more of your great work, Rowdy 8-)
