Gudkov Gu-1
I think this qualifies here, being a real aircraft even though it crashed on its maiden flight!
Designed by Mikhail Ivanovich Gudkov, one of the LaGG trio, from 1941. It was powered by a 1,380hp Mikulin AM-37 and armed with a 37mm Taubin cannon (81 rounds) firing through the propeller hub and six ShKas MGs in the wings/ wing roots. The prototype first flew on 12 June 1943, but only reached 650ft (200m) before sideslipping into the ground. Taxi trials had not gone well before and its now thought the wing was too small.
An improved Gu-2 was planned with a 45mm cannon with two synchronised 20mm ShVak and two synchronised 12.7mm UBS and two synchronised 7.62mm ShKas! The cockpit was further aft. It was submitted in 1941 but never built.
