Thornycroft built a number of designs for export. This particular hull style appears in several navies and colonies all over the planet. They could be equipped with a number of features including Spar Torpedos, Dann's Dropping Gear (as pictured) or with bow mounted torpedo tubes. Boilers could appear in 2 variations: single or twin smokestacks (single pictured here, double on the 1st page of this thread).
Color is a guess in this drawing. The details and color are from a surviving builders model.
