Not sure on the beam guns (placement or utility) nor the inadeqaute turret drawing, but I agree its an interesting concept. The palcement of the triple 25mm need work too. Are they centreline or sided mounts? If the latter they probably overhang the deck since agano isn't particularilly beamy.

yes, but on the yamato there is an reason they are aligned like this: they wouldn't fit otherwise. in the case of this ship......

On Yamato they were arranged shoulder so to speak, making it impossible for them to face fore-n-aft. On your ship they can.
