May I advice that you slow down? Draw one ship, listen to advice on how to improve it, and perfect it. You will learn a lot in the process, and you'll be able to use that knowledge when you start on your next design.
Except for the somewhat odd hull designs, you're mixing systems between factions(which are divided handsomely into the eastern and western block, even today, since most former Soviet states and nations formerly allied to Soviet uses Russian equipment, and the western block tends to mix and match after pleasure, with the most prominent international producers being Italy(mainly artillery), the Netherlands(mainly radar), and the US(a bit of everything, among other things missiles), to mention a few.
And of cource: research of your own. Which countries use which systems? What director is used for which weapon system, and when was that weapon system in use? What does this radar antennae do? is it a 3D or a 2D radar? Those are questions we can answer, but if you look it up yourself, you'll get into the habit of collecting and storing info by yourself, and you'll bump into a lot of other information that you'll later find you have use of.
