Balls this up and its the cat'o nine tails for you lad! ;)

I'm sure this will be the bee's knee's when its completed. Ace has asked me to work on a top-view Sea Dart, I hope I might get it finished before you complete the top-view.

Very nice work, mate.

A couple of points, the type 909 domes should be the same colour as the rest of the superstructure and the boot topping needs more depth.

It's great to see this drawing evolve.

Thanks mates. I seem to remember when Ark Royal was launched she had a pale blue lower hull the same as HMS Exeter. Has anyone got a colour pic ?

I should check this, but it might be that you have misdrawn some openings in the hull. the openings just in front of the funnels, 2 above each other, are IIRC the air intakes for the gas turbines. seeing that one of them has a door in it, and the forward and aft sets are different, mean that one of us has them interpreted incorrectly :P

also, I am not certain I like the sea dart launcher with the (oversized drawn) missile on it, and at the very least the missile should be a few pixels higher, meaning that the guide rail connects to the missile body and not to the fins.

edit: refs that claim the above (note, I do not entirely thrust them, because the top and side views do not match up, but in general arrangement they seem to be correct)
