The first drawing is not fanart, or if it is, it dates from very long time ago. Sigfierd Breyer's books from the old days have featured the same strange arragment and It was also featured on that Gangut article the wunderwaffe's article was copypasted. Its the intial design plan from 1914 after the foreing offerings were discarded and russian one chosen instead. Afterwards the design envolped into the final form.
Naturally the rigth way would be drawn all the variants, but the picture dated for 1916 is the one that should present the "offical" never where one.

Hello everyone!

Thank you all for the input. I'll certainly draw the second one once I'm through with the König-class, maybe the third one too as a seriously pursued variant. As for the first one, I still think it looks surreal, but who knows, if I have time... there are never-wheres in the bucket that are much less likely.
