Independent Federation of Australia Police Force (Australian Federal Police)

The Australian Federal Police (AFP) is the federal police agency of the Independent Federation of Australia. The AFP was created in 1985 when the individual state police forces were amalgamated into one Federal Police Force on the recommendation of the government of the day. The decision was also made to amalgamate all fire and rescue services the same way.

The role of the AFP is to enforce Independent Federation of Australia criminal law and to protect the Federation and national interests from crime in Australia and overseas.

The AFP has personnel and resources serving in each Australian state and Territory as well as an international component mainly providing peacekeeping support. Overall command however is made from Canberra as the national authority.

Current areas of focus for the AFP:
- Illicit drug trafficking
- Organised people smuggling (Human Trafficking, including sexual servitude and human exploitation)
- Serious major fraud against the Government (High Tech Crime involving information technology and communications)
- Preventing, countering and investigating terrorism
- Transnational and multi-jurisdictional crime
- Money laundering
- Organised crime both domestically and abroad

The major function of the AFP though is community policing including crime prevention, traffic control, domestic violence and local law enforcement.

I think you have double post exactly the same text. But aircraft are very nice, as everything in this AU.
