I'll bet it's either a prototype for an new vessel for US navy, that they use it, since they have it. it can also be something designed for an single unit. if they the US Navy are not like the Norwegian Navy, giving the home-guard they own vessel.

that one in background is a vessel we all know very well. Hint, is maid in Sweden, and is fun to drive.
