that one that looks like an phalanx gun with RAM. is infact A phalanx without gun. I think it the idea behind that onee is for ship with smaller radars and simpler C&C.

for a big ship like you'rs with the SPY-1 system and it's self defense system. The ordinary RAM is enough, since the SPY-1 will do the work of the phalanx's radar.

I don't think you need to do the ram stealthy. and by adding all that cover on like what you have done, is making it more heavy and thus slower.

A stealth ship work different than stealth aircraft or missiles, like the Norwegian made NSM. while the stealth technology on an aircraft is to make it so it can't bee seen on radar. a ship is a bit different, here it is about making a big 150+- meter warship look like an 15 meter fishing boat on radar. so that there is thing like the RAM that is non stealth isn't a problem at all. and to make the RAM stealthy is not as massive like you'rs.

Hull seems rather high, unless you have a immense beam

I would redo the superstructure ;) your using my bad cut and past one at the moment,
- make all the slopes at the same angle (copy the slops from the main gun mounts to give a consistent effect this will look nicer) and remove the 'hump' at the back.
- reduce the hull a bit(depth).
- redo the stern (no curve angel as above)
- redo bow (covers for the anchors and a solid railing to shield the stanchions etc from radar)
- bigger helicopter pad or drop down the rear turret to give clear flight path ?
- clean up the top radar (don't think you want it all its not very stealthy at the moment)
- fit funnel/air intakes (unless you really want Nuclear  )
- show a range of missiles (just copy and past from a new part sheet )
- better propellers + sonar + stabilizers/etc
- you can put the VSL's down the sides of the turrets and flight deck to cut length.
- Add you name /Shipbucket.com etc to it
I'm sure somebody who knows more than me will think of more.
JSB
