yea, and to me it just looks really wrong
In sake of trying, you could try how it would look if you make the part of the railing that faces the sky more ligther than the one facing the structures?
Ok, that's a reasonable request. I don't mind that at all! (I only hope Mr Latuch is ok with my tamperinng his drawing...)

its better looking now, but i still would stand my opinion. Thougth, it wouldn't harm anyone to test with different hues of the color as well... somehow that current one is ligther shade, but its somewhat too "brigth" if you understand what Im after. You are using paint for this?
