bulbs have a few reasons to exist:
- wave friction goes best over sharp bows, shape friction goes best over round (parabolic) bows. depending on the ships speed, you can play with an bulb giving the lowest resistance on the bow wave
- lengthen the waterline, giving you an more ideal hull speed
- dampening the bow wave by cancelling it out.

while in this case the last point is most likely not the driver to have it, the other 2 most likely are.

Next in line is the on the same hull type based OPV . Its armed with a 76mm compackt L/62 canon and 2 20mm Oerlikons and 2 12,5mm HMG. Its is able to carry a NH-90 helicopter , but it have no hangar.

It's a neat little design, but the aft RHIB is going to "interesting" to launch if the ship is moving. If you need more than two boats I'd go for a stern ramp instead.
Speaking of the stern, I think the freeboard is too low.

The Debois Class Multyrole Frigate is a developtment between Dutch and Rochforts Navy ships builders. And Rochfort has build 10 of these ships Witch wil carry 2 RH-16M Kolibrie's helicopters.

I'd move that aft STIR 180 to the position of the aft STIR 240 if it were me, currently it has to look through a whole lot of heat haze and junk to be of any use.
