The first thing I'm going to ask is what year was it built/launched? Second thing will be to un-darken the hull above and below the waterline, to make details easier to see. When you are working on a ships there is not a whole lot of need to go ahead and put the color scheme on. If anything, just stick to the simple gray and red/green/blue color hull and then later put the colors on.

From a glance I am figuring WWI or maybe the late 1910s. With that in mind, the first thing that comes to light is the spotting tower (I'm still learning terms, so someone please correct me if I'm wrong) would not have had windows. If anything, you could probably get away with an armored spotting tower like on my Fort Albany class BB.

Second off, your forward funnel seems a little large, and I'm trying to comprehend what is going on that rear funnel. Is that a brace on the rear side or is that supposed to be a crane?

Third, at more than 700 feet it looks wayy too long.

Last thing. Don't worry too much about details just yet. Doors, ladders/stairs, shading, and things like that, I always wait for the end. Whenever I draw my ships, I first look through Wiki and look at different ships of the era, compare their specs and find what aesthetics I like. Then after I find the ship I feel will most accurately reflect what I want mine to be like, I see if I can find it in the bucket. If I can, then I take the image, paste the ship in a new png file, and draw my new ship right underneath it, using the real ship as a guide, when it comes to deck heights, hull curvature, turret positioning, etc. Then after all that is done, and all my 'rough-ins' are complete, then I add details, shading, tweak the positions of everything, add railings, portholes, and voila.

Just some ideas.

Edit:
Something else I would like to add is that back then, comfort was not important. Who cares how your sailors feel as long as they can do their job, right?
Looking at your previous designs, your spotting towers are larger than need be and they can be pretty small. 10 feet or so should suffice, at least for now.

Just to add to ezgo's point on the spotting towers, anything that was armoured would have been made as small as possible to reduce the weight all the way up there - due to the height, it would have had a disproportionate effect on stability.

Well... I see you've added the 'T' to Redemption, but I see you have not addressed any of the questions I asked or implemented any of my recommendations...

1) 1914-1918
2) It's spotting top and the windows are to keep the spotters from being exposed.
3) Fixed, and yes that is a crane.
4) It's a heavy battleship and flagship of larger fleets.

1) Uhh.. It looks more like 1910.
2) I don't know when they started putting windows up there, but I'm pretty sure they didn't start doing so until after WWI. Plus, like I said, comfort doesn't matter. It's a warship.
3) Alright.
4) Ok. It's still too long. Shave off about 75-100 feet. (but that's my opinion)

(If anyone would like to correct me on anything I have said, please do so)

I would say that whilst it's rather large for the time specified, it's not altogether wrong. That hull with its length does however remind me more of a battlecruiser than a true battleship.

As for the fighting tops, they would most likely be open in this period as others have said. You have to remember too that their primary role was to be a position for lookouts and spotters, glass technology at this time was rather primitive and optically flat glass was still to come, so glass would distort and bring errors into their equations. Also glass would add another vulnerability as any vibration from shell impact or even gun recoil will exaggerate at the tops given their height, which could lead to a shatter.
Only other point of concern that I have is that bow, it looks a little too fragile below the water to be a proper ram bow.

Other than those points, well done. This drawing is certainly MUCH better than your previous designs, keep up the good work.
