The first thing I'm going to ask is what year was it built/launched? Second thing will be to un-darken the hull above and below the waterline, to make details easier to see. When you are working on a ships there is not a whole lot of need to go ahead and put the color scheme on. If anything, just stick to the simple gray and red/green/blue color hull and then later put the colors on.
From a glance I am figuring WWI or maybe the late 1910s. With that in mind, the first thing that comes to light is the spotting tower (I'm still learning terms, so someone please correct me if I'm wrong) would not have had windows. If anything, you could probably get away with an armored spotting tower like on my
Fort Albany class BB.
Second off, your forward funnel seems a little large, and I'm trying to comprehend what is going on that rear funnel. Is that a brace on the rear side or is that supposed to be a crane?
Third, at more than 700 feet it looks wayy too long.
Last thing. Don't worry too much about details just yet. Doors, ladders/stairs, shading, and things like that, I always wait for the end. Whenever I draw my ships, I first look through Wiki and look at different ships of the era, compare their specs and find what aesthetics I like. Then after I find the ship I feel will most accurately reflect what I want mine to be like, I see if I can find it in the bucket. If I can, then I take the image, paste the ship in a new png file, and draw my new ship right underneath it, using the real ship as a guide, when it comes to deck heights, hull curvature, turret positioning, etc. Then after all that is done, and all my 'rough-ins' are complete, then I add details, shading, tweak the positions of everything, add railings, portholes, and voila.
Just some ideas.

Edit:
Something else I would like to add is that back then, comfort was not important. Who cares how your sailors feel as long as they can do their job, right?
Looking at your previous designs, your spotting towers are larger than need be and they can be pretty small. 10 feet or so should suffice, at least for now.
