Thanks Garlic, I appreciate it. Now where does that 27mm Cannon go? LOL!

Hello again

Thanks everyone for the praise

Nighthunter: None of the picture sources I could locate show any indication where a gun would be installed; looking at the plane, I could not imagine a viable location either. I suppose it would have to be carried externally, probably in a fixed gun pod, like in Alpha Jet. But that's mere speculation of course, as Mako never proceeded past the mockup stage.

By the way, a little bonus: some FD-scale aircraft weapons

They are all real German, French or multinational designs; ANL, ARMIGER and Polyphem however were only planned, not actually built.

Greetings
GD

GD, the Mako's Cannon is on the Port (Left) side of the AC, according to flight simulator models. But for fun, we could have it on the right...

With orders from Lufthansa before the insolvency of Fairchild Dornier, it is likely that Swiss may have also operated the 728JET for regional European flights. This role is instead now carried out by the Avro RJ100, which will soon be replaced by the Bombardier CSeries CS100.

Here's how a Swiss 728 may have looked in service:

Indeed, very nice work.
It was a shame the ambitious Fairchild Dornier plans fell through, I just hope the CS100 doesn't befall the same fate.

Thanks eswube & Hood :)
I think the CSeries will do okay, just not as many aircraft and customers as Bombardier would've hoped for. Maybe once we see her enter service more airlines will show an interest, particularly those who fly in and out of London City airport. I'd love to see Bombardier or Embraer develop a larger aircraft to really compete with Airbus and Boeing and break the duopoly.

Hopefully I'll have a CSeries drawing on the way soon ;)

That's because Embraer and to a lesser extent Bombardier's own CRJs (especially CRJ-1000) are dominating the market. The CSeries is simply a bit too late to market, and the carbon fiber construction doesn't really realize as many benefits in this market safe for wing construction, which at this point is still too much like an all-metal wing but swapping parts out.
