Nice drawings JSB and again as with the BBs well kitbashed. I'm not sure about the concept of using Colossus hulls as mailships though. The Colossus/ Majestics hulls were built to merchant ship standards using cruiser boilers and turbines thus giving a top speed of 23/24k. Even using the aircraft for the last couple of hundred miles to speed things up are they going to be any faster at delivering the mail than a traditional RMS ? I'm also a bit sceptical about getting such large aircraft off the deck with 1934 technology hydraulic catapaults on a slow hull.
Having said that if they were built they could make excellent escort carriers. I would suggest swapping the MK 47 Seafires for more period Fairy Fulmars or Sea Hurricanes though as they look odd alongside the old string bags. You can find all the aircraft you need on other carriers in the real life section of the archive. If you want a FAA parts sheet PM me and I will send you one over. ;)

Hi,
I will swap out the sea fires probably to hurricanes and would love any parts sheets or info.
I was not planing on using the ship to take the mail more as using them as floating islands in a chain across the Atlantic as pit stop/ refilling stations.
My thinking is that
Halifax, CA
-63.6000 44.6500
Belfast, UK
-5.9333 54.5833
Miles = 2589.96

I was going to use a Supermarine Walrus ( ish larger 2 engined yes I will have to fit a big cat but it doesn’t need a fast recharge rate ) with a range of 600 miles ( mine will maybe have a bit more range but don’t want to use all my safety buffers up, all according to wiki so may be wrong and I’m not sure if statute or nautical ?),
So 2590/600= 4.4 legs to fly, to do 5 legs ( and the 2 city’s are not the closest to land on each side of the Atlantic so there is a safety buffer ) would require 3 ships on station at the time + 6 in port/ dry dock etc (is 33% utilisation reasonable ?).
This will of course be very expensive to build 9 in 34/35/36 before london allows warships building ( but by 1939 it will turn the Atlantic into a very dangerous place for any raiders/subs with 20+ ).
Thanks JSB

New frigate (new name for big slow fleet escort AA/ASW ) Laid down in 1937 when the treaty’s lapse.
DD machinery in a larger hull (2500t) 30Kn ish rather than 36Kn (good for escorting the old BB's and slow CV's).
3 x2 4.5 Inch ( With separate shell/charge)
2x 4 40mm + 2x1 40mm (SHV pompom)
2x4 21inch Torpedoes

What do you think and does anybody who knows anything about directors tell me what I should put on it ?
Thanks JSB.
