no for the serious part.....
your ECM suite is an old drawing, replace it with the new one. also: way too many torpedo tubes, a tripple on each side is more then enough, and one tipe of torpedo is also enough. the amount af different radar systems is insane... and I fail to see why that RAM launchers need to be ones that can be stored under the deck I also doubt you have enough hangar space for 4 heli's.
that was the most obvious..... other members to comment on the rest

you need space for the workshop in the hangar

ok then, BUT you have to ask yourself 2 things: do you want to maintenance on the heli's too? you can store them, but I think you have no space left. and even if you have: ask yourself if you need all 4. and to answer that: what's the role of this ship?
