Seems reasonable enough. I think this sheet (version 001) may actually be older than the LCS in commission, so we will always have updating to do :)

I think the newer version looks very nice. Much less heavy-lined clutter, which always made the SPS-40 feel a bit out of place on many drawings. Much more in line with the Shipbucket standard, now, IMHO.

I mean, the old one was drawn in mid-2008 for the DDG-1 Gyatt drawing. It was traced from a bad reference work... I'm surprised you guys haven't redrawn it already...

I tried many time's but was ignored many times on that part. perhaps I wasn't big enough in SB at that moment.

But Ace... have did a good work here.

well, colo, the fun fact is that that linework wasn't that bad. the overall shape was very near correct and the size was correct. while it does not look that way, I basically only redetailed it for the sake of details and looking good :P

Updated this sheet with the director shield types and the new Mk.25 radar.

So, here is the long forgotten, correctly drawn 5"/25, equipping the early Tinclads, the Lexingtons and most pre-WW2 battleships:

was looking at some of Karl94's Battleships, and I didn't personally like the look of the turrets on some of them, so I started to play a bit with them, studying modelships, pictures. studying how the light hit's the turrets and reflects. And it gave me this:
