According to CEA, the CEA Mount systems goal by the manufacture when fully functioning can provide multi-track, lock, engage and guide the ships intercepting SAMS on multiple targets at the direction the array mount is pointed at. At present very few ship and land based Stand-alone Fire control radar systems can't do or achieve that includes SPS-62. In allot of ways it seems it functions the same way as the fighter based Pulse-Doppler and phased array radars fitted to the current upgraded 3rd generation and all 4th generation fighters onwards which can track and engage on more then 1/2 a dozen targets.

IFACGS Banks provides aids to navigation for the safe passage of mariners, including maintenance work, buoy deployment, wreck location marking and towing. She is also able to carry out additional tasks such as hydrographic surveying and wreck finding and contract commercial work.

Independent Federation of Australia Coast Guard – Air Marina

The IFACG Air Marina is responsible for:
- search and rescue
- law enforcement
- environmental response
- Antarctic operations
- disaster relief
- support of IFADF military operations
- air interdiction.

There are 3 IFACG Air Stations: you
- IFACG Maroochy Air Station, Queensland
- IFACG Geelong Air Station, Victoria
- IFACG Geraldton Air Station, Western Australia

There are a total of 20 aircraft in IFACG inventory.

Sikorsky HH-60H Coasthawk
The Coasthawk is an all weather, medium-range helicopter (specialized for search and recovery) similar to the IFAN Seahawk and are equipped with sensors and equipment for search and rescue missions. Coasthawks can be deployed on all IFACG vessels and are interoperable with IFAN fleet units.

There are a total of 8 Coasthawks in the Air Marina and when not deployed are based at IFACG Maroochy Air Station, Queensland.

NH Industries MRH 90 Taipan
The Taipan is a large, all weather, long-range helicopter used for long range search and rescue, disaster relief operations, maritime boarder patrols and support of IFAN/IFAAF operations. Taipans are deployed on the Banks and Modified Macquarie Island IFACG vessels and are interoperable with IFAN fleet units.

There are a total of 3 Taipans in the Air Marina and when not deployed are based at IFACG Maroochy Air Station, Queensland.

EADS HC-144A Ocean Sentry
The Ocean Sentry is a medium-long range surveillance maritime patrol aircraft and provides medium range surveillance and transport support. The Ocean Sentry has the capability to perform aerial delivery of search and rescue equipment such as rafts, pumps, and flares, and it can serve as an on-scene commander platform for IDADF security missions.

There are a total of 4 Ocean Sentries in the Air Marina:
- Ocean Sentry 01and Ocean Sentry 04 are based at IFACG Maroochy Air Station, Queensland
- Ocean Sentry 02 is based at IFACG Geelong Air Station, Victoria
- Ocean Sentry 03 is based at IFACG Geraldton Air Station, Western Australia

Australian Aerospace Jetstream 31EZ
The Jetstream is a short-medium range surveillance fixed-wing aircraft and performs search and rescue, law enforcement such as migrant and drug interdiction, marine environmental protection, and support of IDADF security missions.

There are a total of 5 Jetstreams in the Air Marina:
- Jetstream 01 and Jetstream 02 are based at IFACG Maroochy Air Station, Queensland
- Jetstream 03 is based at IFACG Geelong Air Station, Victoria
- Jetstream 04 and Jetstream 05 are based at IFACG Geraldton Air Station, Western Australia
