The first two design seem more Serious....
- The nearest design looks like a mono-hull "UK-inised" version of the U.S trimaran LCS design, likely with a full lower speed (around 18/23 knots ?, mainly due to a large beam; but with a full very large stern/internal aft (modular) bay...).
- The second (the middle "narrower" mono-hull design) is easier (and cheaper?).
- The farthest design seems to be the least realistic.

So help me.

Mike Columbo, you are a thundering moron. Did you know that? Let us look at the original post ok?

If you look at the designs you are talking about they were done by UCL in 2010, not 2013.
Who is RP1? Why, RP1 is Dr. Rachel Pawling, Senior Researcher, Design Research Centre, Department of Mechanical Engineering, UCL. The drawings you linked to above? You're referencing her prior work! Work that was rendered here, here, & here. What did you think UCL DRC meant?

In short, RP1 is the only publicly known honest-to-god naval architect that participates on Shipbucket, and comments like the above just make you look stupid.

NO, I never could bear your policy, your policy to destroy shipbucket (and its "raison-d'etre")
Aka. => Stop masturbating on alternate universes (AU) and draw real, never-were & (REALISTIC) own warships designs.

If Rachel decided to use the "RP1" nickname on this forum, is there a reason !!!
Unlike you, I respect the anonymity of people on the web !!!!!!!!!

I prefer seem "stupid" rather than draw unrealistic or impractical warships design.
Even if I draw no ship on this forum, I have helped a lot more than if I had drawn 3 or 4 ships.
I helped much more than alot of "small (number) drawings contributors"

A small detail  ...
(this is not a attack against Rachel)
You can be a "naval-engineer" and draw impractical/unworkable warships designs
The (naval) History has shown that hundreds of times !!!

The Only one that can decide if an naval design work or not, is those that work in an Navy. Do you.

Every time you talk on my drawings, I take them with some salt... specially we that live with ships every day.

but you do have some points... some times. but not always.

different country different task, different style, different requirement.

I believe that this discussion is getting farther and farther away from the topic, not mentioning that it's getting increasingly personal, which IMHO isn't beneficial to this community. Could Mods do some clean-up here?

Topic Split from here. Further mod action should be taken by someone other than me.

Do NOT insult a moderator again. Especially when you're standing up for Columbamike, who is IMHO a blight on this forum anyway, and clearly in the wrong in this case.
