I can think of this image -

Of course, I don't know if that's any help.

Your certainly getting there.
I'd recommend putting smaller main gun turrets (though its not a priority), add details from looking at cruisers from the era, eliminating the casemates since they will all flood at high speed(especially the forward one), and adding gun dubs for the AA guns.

For starters, hah. Casemate placement is amusing to say the least on the cruiser.

Ditch the casemated guns completely.
Re-work the placement of the 1.1" and 20mm and possibly reduce numbers as well.
Re-distribute the 5" guns (Cleveland or Brooklyn style)
Embiggen the main mast and add a mizzen mast?

As for the carrier... IMO there's way to little freeboard and one hell of a high structure on top of said low hull. Doesn't seem practicable or even feasible.

That underwater hull comes from Wakazashi/Hood HMS Hood drawing. So i suggest to add proper crediting ;)

What equivalent era are you going for? I ask as the tech of the turrets you are using is after casmate guns were abandoned. You can have them, but I would suggest using turrets/guns from the era they existed.

I'm going to be blunt. Start again, without just chopping bits and pieces off of other drawings. Look at the drawing of HMS Hood above this and you'll see what I mean.
