OK, here's the official rendering. I don't have access to the MoD report (unsurprisingly) so I have a reference of a reference:

Note that some similarities between this and Type 26 are to be expected, as both countries are part of JIP LAURA, developing launch and recovery of similar craft for similar roles, so much of the arrangement will be determined by similar constraints...
