Inappropriate quotes aside, i had tried to fool around with the Ticonderoga-Class drawings shown in the main site. After a couple of minutes, while messing with the superstructure, i noticed that something was strange. So i've made a check, and these are the results.
No, i have not fooled around with the airbrush tool, i just tried to turn the standard grey, the hull dark grey and the railing colours into green, orange and purple. So the hull for example should be all orange, but it's clearly not. Apparently there are two to a dozen indistinguishable shades for every colour that should be one.
Ok, maybe i'm making too much fuss for this, yet apparently CG-47 Ticonderoga does not show the strange problem affecting CG-57 as shown here. What happened to the poor Lake Champlain?
A quick try with the file in the original .gif extension just to be sure that the problem was not the consequence of converting it into a .jpg
