When it says "Patrol Vessels" it means thins like USCGC Bertholf, or other ships with greater than 3000t displacement, not a dinkey little overgrown FAC.

did a quick calculation and came to the conclusion that there will be no problem to put Aegis spy-1K on a 2200-ton hull. It easier to put it on a boat of 3000 tons for the boat will be stabel enough for a Aegis radar, but if you do some tricks with the hull, you should be able to mount it on a lighter hull.

Even if you can make it fit, you are going to have some serious power issues. Or to be more specific, you wont be able generate enough of it without reducing your endurance to the point where it doesn't matter any more.
The FCR on top of it isn't going help either. Sure, it won't be as power hungry as the SPY faces since it won't have anywhere near the range*, but it's not going to be particularly eco friendly either.
Also, if you look at the Fridtjof Nansen, you'll notice that it has a traditional exhaust system. You're going to need that as well, because with the amount of power you're generating, the water around will be bubbling as if it was boiling.

*No point when nothing in your navy has the range to utilize AEGIS to it's full potential.

I'm going to say this to you as I have said it to others:

SPY-1 is not AEGIS. AN/SPY-1 is a part of the AEGIS Combat System. The AEGIS Combat System consists of AN/SPY-1, the Mk-99 Fire Control System, and the command and control systems. Just the AEGIS Combat system itself ends up massing in the 5-800 ton range, and this doesn't account for both power and chilled water production that you will need to run the system. This is why the smallest full AEGIS ship designs (Fridtjof Nansen and DG/AEGIS) were still over 5000t displacement. I would even go so far as to say that the minimum hull size for an effective AEGIS ship would be in the 5000t range.
