Yet another kitbash (but never fear, I intend this to be my last before I do my own work! :P ) This time I went for an amphib ship, with credits given to MitcheLL300's Johan De Witt and Charybdis' Bay Class.

As always, any comments or criticisms are greatly appreciated :)

Cheers

PS. If anyone has any structural drawings of ADV Ocean Shield, I'd love to take a look. If anyone hasn't claimed her, I'd love to take a shot at drawing her from scratch. Hopefully my work tempo decreases as the year comes to an end.

wondering a few things:
- the foudre class is older then the JDW. there is at least one generation, maybe even 2, between the 2 ships. it seems unlikely the JDW's hull and the foudres equipment are well matched.
- the cargo door of the JDW drawing is very lightly coloured and is not very much like the real ones. on the rotterdam and bay class ships these doors have been redrawn, the JDW is on my list to fix but has not been done yet. maybe better to take it from those ships instead
- do you have an hangar on board? otherwise the helicopters are shown above the deck, not on it, per shipbucket rules.

Thanks for the comments guys,

@Ace, I see what you mean about the generations, I'll get to work on fixing these issues. WRT the hangar, it doesn't have one, so does that mean the helos are on the deck or hovering above it?
@Colombamike, THANKS!!! Thats an awesome drawing! I'll get to work on drawing her up as time permits.

Very nice M V! Not sure about the bow thrusters but they aren't my area of expertise. Looking forward to the Ocean Shield!
