"When nothing is possible, and you can not push the boundaries of what is possible and not possible. Then you have a HUGE problem!" That told my boss to me one day. (He also said that I will be sacked if that happens!)

but I agree with that maybe I had more space if I used pods instead! but the ship. But then I've already have wrong hull for this, since this is a hull that can be used for many varieties of naval vessel types, it will of course be limitations. for I have almost finished drawing cruiser, it's this one with a dock, and then I'll try to get a quick helicopter carrier and a support vessel on the same ship hull. That giv us one high-speed hull and four various naval vessels :D

The way you rudder and prop shroud is arranged is going to be very inefficient. You'll need more space in between, or use a Dyson shroud rudder (At least I think that's the name)
Essentially, the shroud becomes the rudder and small movable fins are attached to the rear of the shroud to further guide the water flow.
However, I'm not sure that'll work on a ship this size. At least, I've never seen it used on anything larger than a tug.

Erik said this before, but you MUST place the SPY-1 faces at 90° intervals (either fore-aft-port-starboard, or offset by 45°). No other option is valid.

If you maintain the 45° offset Radar faces, then the exhaust stacks are going to cast rather large line-of-sight radar shadows. This is why every AEGIS ship that uses the offset SPY-1 face configuration has center-line exhaust stacks.

Your current location for the faces is way too high up, and will cause not only stability problems, but will prevent ducting (the EM phenomena where the radar energies get 'trapped' in the humid layer of air near the surface, and propagate over the horizon). This is why the height of said faces doesn't vary much from class to class. I've heard one naval architect describe AEGIS ship design as the laying out of the various antennas and then building the ship around them.

I don't know any exact figures, but look at Ticonderoga, and the Flight 2A Burkes for a good idea on he higher end, with Nansen on the low end.
