Added Multi-Purpose Attack Craft, the Philippine version of the Combat Boat 90.

Added the Flight II version of the Andres Bonifacio frigate.

Added Mk. 141 launchers on Andres Bonifacio Flight II drawing. The ship carries only one 4-missile Mk. 141.

For the STOBAR aircraft carrier in this AU, I think I might just have the Rafale as the fighter instead of Sea Gripen, as the Rafale could be flown from STOBAR carriers and is already combat proven, unlike Sea Gripen which is still a 'paper airplane'. This means that the carrier will have to be the size of a Colossus aircraft carrier, instead of a Majestic.
Edit: It will be similar to this design.

Honestly I'd stick with the Gripen. A: It is an AU so, be creative with types B: There's definitely a reason why nobody has bought Rafales other than France yet (India is still having issues settling things). C: Gripen is still likely to be cheaper than the Rafale both on operating costs and actual purchase costs.

The Philippine National Shipbuilding Corporation (PNSC) Export Frigate is an export-oriented version of the Andres Bonifacio Class frigate. One of the major changes is the addition of the Thales Integrated Mast, instead of the cluttered mast on the original design. Customer-oriented design allows for various weapons and sensors to be added to the ship. The eqioptment shown on the drawing is one possible configuration for the ship. This ship has been offered to Thailand and Brazil.

Most likley South Korea, since the Incheon frigate somehow exceeds the requirements of the Philippine Navy, especially the range of around 4500 NM.
