Nice, though I have some doubts wether it's possible at all to operate A-4's from Independence-class CV.
It's not, which is why the Spanish operated Harriers off them.
Oddly enough, the problem isn't one of fundamental size, but of top-weight - the Independence CVLs just don't have the margins needed to take the refit that you would need to operate A-4s. Perversely enough, the Commencement Bay CVEs
might have the margins to get both an angled deck and to fly A-4s.
