My first posting on the new forum, woo-hoo!
A long time ago I drew (freehand) a concept of a ship based on the US Perry class frigates, but half the size. Here's an update.
I've penciled vertical-view line drawings of frigates like the Oliver Hazard Perry class.
This one is about 115m long? You're probably right. About half the displacement of the Perry class. A ship that small would beat the crew into submission on the high seas. Corvettes were used by the Canadians before the Buckley class destroyer escort was built. And they deliberately had large crews for the off-duty members to rest.
(I have the Wikipedia link in mind, but since the Buckley escort was an existing design, if you interested, GOOGLize
"buckley escort wiki" for a description.
My opinion, the ship you designed is a good one, but the length should be 400+ ft, and the displacement 3500t (say, 3800 short tons) to be comfortable for the crew to sail in.
