Hi Monty, your camo pattern is right (but of 1943) and the correct colours have to be Black G5, Grey G45 and Blue-Grey B15 ;)

Here you go - HMS Renown as she appeared early in 1944 with the camo scheme applied before Operation Torch late in 1942 (I think). A very special thanks to all the guys involved in helping me with this drawing.
