I think I saw at least six different ways to spell it while I was there. Even the official paperwork we got from the city couldn't agree on it.

Some local officials are often trying to be too kind to the German tourists who sometimes have problems with getting used to the fact that pre-1945 borders are no more.

At the best gun range in the region (which naturally I discover after having lived here for a year and a half).

This was taken yesterday.
The boat in question is a sprit-rigged Limfjords sjægte called Embla.

Where is your bayonet soldier! You can't charge the enemy without bayonet!

Unfortunately, it seems the normal AK-74 bayonets available on the internet here don't fit the AK-74M (which has a slightly different bayonet)... so I've had to order one specifically for the AK-74M. Normally when I buy a military rifle I try to also get the correct military-issued components (like sling, bayonet, magazines, etc) to complement the rifle as it would have been used in service. This also adds value to a potential future resale (what I basically intend to do with 9/10 of my guns...)

As for your comments about those who "need guns", I am a collector first and foremost. ;)

Recently there was a tall ships expo in Melbourne, Contacts through my father and partner got me onto a night-time tour of the Windward Bound and the Lord Nelson but I couldn't help but talk the dockside guards into letting me have a close up with the Young Endeavour. This picture makes me look a bit loftier than my short 6'2"

Will be on her in less than a month! :)
