Oh, they've been proposed for *all sorts* of locations - superstructure sides, hull sides. I think a couple of burly marines could conceivably manhandle the launchapult into position if they wanted to.

Which means that after a couple of beers, they probably will.

sorry to say, but that underwater hull shading is horrible. also, have you copied from bezo's type 23 these parts of the underwater hull? I am not certain that is accurate.
are you sure that was the type of towed array that is used?

I do not know if it's the SONAR that will have these frigates. In any case the final design of these vessels is not finished.

Here's the rub: I trust Dr. Pawling to get the shape of the ship correct more than I trust you, especially when you simply copy the hull from a ship which is twenty years older. Again, you don't get your name on the title block.

I mean the towed array, as a glance any person will realize that the hull does not correspond to Type 23 frigate.

I like your drawing, but i gotta say the modern ship design is horrible...
i know its more effective and all that.. but it just doesnt compare to older ship designs in terms of beauty.
eventualy all our ships will look like sloped blocks.

Most likley the BAE Systems Mk. 45 Mod. 4. The 155mm was already cancelled.
