Notes:
This AU was originally supposed to be "Philippine Navy 2020", but I decided to set it in 2013 instead.
I originally based it on the Desired Force Mix of the Philippine Navy, but altough most of this AU is based on that poster I did some changes regarding the types of ships and equiptment.
This AU is still mostly a WIP, since I am quite busy nowadays. I listed down the types of ship I came up with in order for you to get an idea on the size and capabilities of the Philippine Navy in this AU.
Background:
Faced by many post-Cold War threats, the Armed Forces of the Philippines increased its capability under the 1995 AFP Modernization Act. By 2013, the Armed Forces of the Philippines is the most capable armed forces in Southeast Asia.

The Andres Bonifacio Class frigates are multirole frigates capable of anti-air warfare and anti-submarine warfare. These ships were built starting 2006, with the first unit commisioned in 2008. The Flight II ships feature a strike-length Mk. 41 VLS that could fire Tomahawk missiles. The first Flight II ship, BRP Emilio Aguinaldo, started construction in 2011 and was commisioned in 2013.

The Artemio Ricarte Class corvettes are cheap anti-submarine corvettes with helicopter carrying capability. These ships were built starting 2002 with the first unit commisioned in 2003.

P-SAM Air Defense System

The P-SAM air defense system is basically a land-based implementation of a version of the Evolved Sea Sparrow missile fitted with an active radar homing seeker.

F-16G/H Block 62:

The F-16G/H is similar to the F-16E/F Block 60 however it features Philippine and Israeli made avionics.
F-16C/D Block 40:

The F-16C/D Block 40 is the primary fighter of the Philippine Air Force.

The Bulacan Class patrol vessels are based on the Artemio Ricarte corvettes, however have a different patrol-oriented weapon suite.
PCG Equiptment:

General-

*Might want to increase sheer forwards as both hulls looks like they'd ship a lot of water in any sort of rough sea state

ASW Korvetten-
*looks a bit top heavy, might want to increase beam
*Despite the TT tubes and Lynx(?) Heli, It feels a bit lacking in ASW capability. I'm not sure if it'd fit but a VLS firing even 6-8 RUM-139 VL-ASROC's would be handy

There's no such thing as "nothing left to draw" If you can down 10 pints and draw, you're doing alright by my standards

The ASW corvette is designed for, but not with, an 8-cell Mk. 41 VLS (SDLS or Tactical) mounted between the superstructure and the 76 mm gun.
Regarding that the ships would ship a lot of water in high sea states, most Philippine Navy ships in real life have relatively low freeboard, and the designs for both ships are inspired by the La Fayette class frigates.
Here are the possible specifications for the frigates to be acquired by the Philippine Navy in real life.
Edit: fixed the crediting of the ASW corvette (I put "PS-40" instead of "PS-41", the hull number on the ship)

Maybe don't buy expensive and problematic NH90 but stay with Lynx series as universal helo for navy ?

In this AU the Philippine Navy has 8 NH90's and 18 SuperLynx 300's. The SuperLynx is the primary helicopter of the PN but the NH90 is the medium multirole helicopter.

In this AU Philippines are pretty rich country I presume ?

yes, in this AU the Philippine has a vibrant economy nationwide (as experienced in urbanized areas in the Philippines in real life) and "honest" politicians.

In that case pure worldwide fantasy.

Then Philippines are under heavy EU influence in terms of weapons systems. Why not under Russia or US or even China ?
