For torpedo-nets I couldn't find any mention of them, in any of the drawings I have.
As for light AA-guns I still have to find where they were designed to be along with the saluting guns
Novice,
For the light guns onboard "Lyon's", few data:

Conway's indicate "40mmAA or 47mm AA, 6 TT sub"

= maybe adoption of British "pom-pom" single 40mm ! or use of a older 47mm saluting gun ?

The single 40mm pom-pom began to be used in british warships by 1914/1915 I think :?:

The "Lyon's", expected to be laid down by late 1914/through 1915, is expected to be commissioned by +/- 1917/1918...

The two French Never Built designs with the Quadruple 13.4" gun turrets
The Battleship Lyon

I have modified the drawing slightly.
BTW torpedo-nets were not in the design, as by that time it was clear that torped-nets are ineffective when moving, and in harbour it is better to have a net-layer and boom-defence ships to prevent enemy submarines entering the harbour.

The second design was for a battlecruiser the Normandie, and one of this class was completed as the carrier Bearn.

The Lyon you gave to me to complete, but as I was doing the carrier Bearn I did the Normandie as well. I used only the turrets and casement guns from Lyon, as well as the scroll on the bows.

As for the propellers, the propellers on the Normandie are the same as those on the carrier Bearn.
The propellers on the Lyon were done by MitcheLL300 IIRC, and that's how I completed the Lyon.
Mitch
For the drawing of the Normandie, I used the lower hull of the Bearn using the plans from the Naval Histoire site, and so I believe these propellers are the right one.
It should be remembered that the Normandie had both steam-turbines and triple expansion engines, and that made necesary to use different propellers.
