Yes, she has.

The never-built sister SS America (2) and the never built half sister SS President Washington have not.

There was to have been a third big liner for United States Lines? What would she have looked like? What's the story on this?

SS America (2) would have been an external repeat of Big U, with most differences being minor improvements from an engineering perspective (with half a decade of extra experience to pull from). SS President Washington was a design for APL, not for USL. It's very distinctly a G&C design.

I'm moving this thread, but why don't you check the Archive on the main site and use the forum search. Uploads happen every few months, and I've never rejected a US built ocean liner.
