Hi all, my name is Gator Country. As the name implies, I like amphibs, as well as Southern Rock. I've been drawing for a while, but I just recently joined here. I workin on finishin the USS Wasp (LHD-1) in her current configuration, the USS Guam (LPH-9) as she was on her 97-98 cruise, the USS Inchon (MCS-12) as converted, and I would like to do (I'm stakin a claim, here, boys) the USS Tarawa (LHA-1) as built and USS Peliliu (LHA-5) in her current configuration. I coulda cried that I couldn't be the first one to do the USS San Antonio (LPD-17), but it's all good. I'm also workin on a couple of personal designs which I will post shortly. Glad to join, Gator Country |

Just jokin about San Antonio, jezza. I'm on vacation in Kentucky now, but I can post some stuff when I get back Thursday. I'm lookin for some pictures of the Iwo Jima-class LPHs as retired, specifically the island and mast(s). I've added MK25 Sea Sparrow launchers and CIWS, but I'm tryin to figure out where to put the SLQ-32. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I can't find squat . |
