Has anyone heard of this radar before?

A quick search around Shipbucket shows no one wrote about it yet (appearently) so I thought I'd share it. This thing looks brand new (the date at Janes' shows it's from September 2011), and really impressive; Janes' says it is truly revolutionary. A nice improvement from the TRS-3D, I guess.
One thing I do wonder is the range of this thing, it says "high range" but not how high.I might draw one in SB soon enough, if it isn't drawn yet.
It must operate in subspace!
