Hey guys I haven't done much drawing for a while, and I am really really struggling to find a real life design that I like enough to draw/ have enough info on. Anyway, I really enjoy doing AU designs, and more importantly I would like to have a crack at some writing along side it. Anyway, I would like to find someone to work alongside. It would push me too do some drawing, but my main focus would background and event writing. I would prefer someone who is... established, to create an at least semi-realistic AU. Any takers? |

Look what I did...I created a Hellenic (Greek) AU by only tweaking real history marginally...that's one way to go...but you need to be informed about events before you do it, of course... |

Well, I'm near the end of a military history degree, if that helps (just about to finish first semester of third year). Plus, I don't really want to work alone. I know exactly what my capability to push myself is, and its much lower than if I'm working along side someone. Does that make sense? |

Hey guys
Coming up with an AU is almost literally the easiest thing you can do on this board or almost anywhere. The NationStates forums are chock full of them and as you can see you don't even really need to put in any real thought to it. I haven't done much drawing for a while, and I am really really struggling to find a real life design that I like enough to draw/ have enough info on. Anyway, I really enjoy doing AU designs, and more importantly I would like to have a crack at some writing along side it. Anyway, I would like to find someone to work alongside. Or if you just want to draw a carrier or a battleship, just draw a carrier or a battleship. But I recommend starting off with something much smaller. |

I have an AU running in the Pax Universalis thread. My problem is not coming up with something. My problem is then pushing myself to keep working on it, which would be much easier working with someone. Plus, I just enjoy working with people. Plus, I've drawn two carriers (one through deck) a pre dreadnought, and.... no, I don't think I've drawn a dreadnought battleship yet... |
