I ran my AU Destroyer's info through Springsharp...it came back as having poor seakeeping qualities, but so did the pre-loaded US Destroyer Leader demo stats that came with it....Should that be expected for smaller warships?

LOL... anything small and fast will have 'bad seakeeping', because Springsharp figures your seakeeping at the ship's maximum speed. A small, knife-thin ship trying to do 35 knots will always wind up taking a beating when plowing through high seas.
Keep in mind, in Springsharp, seakeeping is kind of 'relative'- you have to compare your ship to known ships to find out if they are 'good' or 'poor' seaboats for their size.
