Back on the 'net at home after a few years so now that Photobucket has gone far right Capitalist & is charging for hosting what free hosting sites are there around ??

Yeah, I also use Imgur. You can just upload them to your own album and don't actually have to "post" them puclicly on Imgur itself, but the direct links to hotlink them onto other sites work just fine.

Discord doesn't work as a image link in this forum, mainly due to discord link directly from your computer and the picture is only loaded up temporarily. You need a image host like imgur.com

or use shipbucket own system, some I know very little about

While there are some issues with using discord as an hosting site for images, these issues are not what Heuhen describes (images are not linked directly from computers but are linked with limited accessibility or something like that)
The shipbucket own systems would be the wiki, Heuhen?

So on the topic of image hosting, latest news says that Imgur is going to be scrubbing images uploaded by people without an account.
